A documentary about Alberto Olmedo that tells the story of his humble childhood, his beginnings as an acrobat and comedian in Rosario, his bond with his soul friends and his departure for Buenos Aires to try his luck, as well as other more unknown stages of a brilliant career in the service of humour. Olmedo: El rey de la risa includes passages from the film productions he starred in as an actor and scenes from his daily life, combining videos, home movies and TV interviews, as well as the testimony of great personalities from the neighboring shore.
